Make sure you reach out to your Renter, the day before or day of the return date to confirm the drop off time is on track with what you agreed upon.
Have a copy of your Rental Checkout List and a print out of the Rental Return Form, so once they arrive you can go through with your renter to make sure there are no issues. If there is damage, or additional cleaning charges, note them down on your Return form and have your renter sign off, this avoid confusion so they are aware of the charges that will be applied to either their credit card on file or their security deposit.
