What documents do I need to file a claim?

When you file a claim, please make sure you have the following required documents available, or we will not be able to accept your claim.

Required claim documents

• Pre-trip and post-trip photos
  • Upload photos using your Outdoorsy app or via your Owner Dashboard on web
• Your most recent 90-day inspection forms
• Completed and signed renter departure/return forms
  • RV Departure Form
  • RV Return Form

Note: If you do not have these documents when filing a claim, your claim will be denied.
