I have a rental request, what do I do now?

First off, congratulations. Once you have logged in to your dashboard at www.ca.outdoorsy.com, you’ll see your rental request and message from your potential renter. If they have provided enough information for you to feel comfortable approving the rental right there, go ahead and click on “Accept” next to the Reservation Request to send the approval back to your renter so they can finalize and pay the reservation deposit. However, we understand if you want to ask a few more questions, to do this simply click on the “Message [name]” button next to the request to start your conversation.

Some of the more common questions Owners have are:
Do you have any experience driving or towing an RV?
What are your travel plans with this rental?
If the renter is planning on driving/towing do they have an estimated kilometres for their trip
How many people will be traveling in the RV?
Do they have pets, if so how large? will they be crated?
Can they share their social profile?
