Clean and well equipped Camper. We are offering our camper at an affordable rate so that our renters can experience the fun in camping without the hassle of storing and maintaining these campers. Our well equipped camper sleeps up to 6 people. 1 Full adult bed up front, two bunk beds, plus the dinette folds down to a bed. Camper has a full kitchen to include, sink, cook top, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer. The camper also has AC and heat. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. Outside you will find plenty of storage, and awning to keep you cool and dry. The single axle trailer is easy to tow. Weighing approximately 3903 pounds. It is equipped with trailer brakes and measures 19 feet long and 7 feet wide. Can be pulled with an SUV, Van or Truck. You must have an electronic brake controller installed in your vehicle prior to pickup! Very important for your safe travels. We are providing sway control and weight distribution bars if your vehicle requires it at no additional cost. The weight distribution system is set up for a standard height vehicle, your vehicle may require some adjustments to ensure a safe and level trip. You are required to make these adjustments prior to transport. If you intend to use your own equipment this trailer takes a 2 5/16 in ball. Please note our camper is smoke free and pet free. Also we ask that you bring the camper back clean to help us make the next persons experience as memorable as yours. In the event the camper is brought back in need of cleaning a $25 an hour fee will be added and taken from the deposit. We ask that waist tanks are emptied and propane is refilled if used. Again we would rather not charge anything back to our renters however fees will be assessed as needed for cleaning, tanks that are not emptied and propane refill. Please note that we require the camper to be picked up by 3pm and dropped off by 11am unless discussed and agreed upon before hand. We offer a one hour grace period as we understand you may be running behind due to unenforceable circumstances. Beyond the 1 hour grace period a fee of $75 will be charged. We ask that you communicate with us in the event you will be late. The camper is often returned and rented back out the following day which is why we need this time to make sure it is ready to go for the next person.

Chris was great. This was our first RV experience. We are a family of 5 and had a pack n play in the RV. We all slept comfortably. The AC kept us cool at night. The awning was easy to use. There is a ton of storage that is all accessible while you are inside. So if it rains you don't have to access an outdoor storage compartment. It's not too long so for first time renters this is the RV to choose. Our experience was wonderful. We will definitely rent from them again next time.

We could not have dealt with finer people than Chris and Heather. They went above and beyond in helping us get the correct brake controller and even came back to our departure site within moments when we noticed an odd noise as we moved around the parking lot (a quick adjustment to the sway bars). They were flexible and relaxed with changes to our schedule and made everything easy...I wish the airlines operated like them! The trailer was absolutely clean and comfortable, and the only tiny glitch was that some of the gauges were not really accurate; however, nothing we couldn't figure out and live with. We took this baby on a 2500 mile adventure and had no problems at all!
