This was my first time renting from you, and it was great! I really appreciate having the option of having the unit delivered and picked up. Especially with me having no option to do it for myself. I’m sorry I missed John, it would’ve been great to meet him.
The trailer was just the right size for me and my two granddaughters. Unit was very clean and seemed fairly new. Everything that I needed was provided. Because I had children staying with me, it would have been nice to have a few smaller juice glasses. Also a couple more coffee mugs would have been nice.
I Appreciated having the TV and the radio. It was very relaxing to wake up on Friday morning and watch a little bit of good morning America. the outside speakers appear to be blown, they only worked on the third speaker option.
We extended the outside canopy on our own but discovered it had been rolled up wet and incorrectly. The black strap was slightly tangled at the one and making it a little difficult to extend it. It was nice to have it and it kept things dry for me during Friday mornings rain showers. FYI, we rolled it up Sunday morning prior to the storms. The outside green carpet is also dry.
Thank you for providing the four outside camping chairs. A couple might be showing their age and use but were handy to have on hand.
I had a chance to use the stove which worked great. Just to let you know, the one propane tank is empty so we had to switch to the second one. In fact while making the switch we smelled a slight propane odor when we lifted the cover.
Thank you, I had plenty of freshwater. I will say that the pump itself was pretty noisy! It seemed that it didn’t shut off unless you ran a certain amount of water and then finally got quiet.
Thank you again for your flexibility in setting this up for me! Please let me know if you have any questions for me. I’m already planning to rent from you again next year..in fact the WHOLE family was impressed! Thanks so much again!
