The trip was cursed from the start. We rented one RV, then he changed us to a different one without approval, but that one had a broken generator and then we got the 2014 Thor as a last resort. People were stuck without beds, and there were issues like a broken dinette table that weren't discovered until the trip had started. At that point we did not have tools to repair it and were stuck with it until we returned it.

My experience with Jeff was wonderful. He was quick and gave me a discount last minute since we had to switch out RVs and ours didn't end up having a generator. It was very nice of him to do and he was easy-going and easy to talk to. His team was also very kind - Dave showed me around the RV and how to work everything - super simple. I even Facetimed Dave the next day so he could walk me through setting up the awning - it was great! Very good customer service and returning it was even easier.

Great company to rent from. They got us set up, checked everything with us and found an issue and fixed it really quick while we waited and we were off. We got back early while they were closed, but a quick call to them to get drop off instructions and we were on our way. Would rent from them again no problem.

This was our first rv rental and epic rentals made it smooth and easy! Jeff called me ahead of time to set up a pick up and even squeezed us in early on a busy day!
They offered fast and easy service, even though me didn’t need it, and walked us through the bells and whistles before taking off.
We will absolutely be using epic rvs again!

RV is very clean inside out. Rental process (reservation to pick-up to return) is simple and easy. Best part is owner Jeff and Dave are very friendly and helpful in every step throughout the process.

Jeff helped us with a last minute cancellation of another RV from another source. He worked hard for us to obtain a motor home for our 39 day trip, gave us an exceptional deal and was available during the trip when we had concerns. We would go through him an Epic again. A great guy to work with.

From beginning to end renting from Epic RV rentals was a great experience! The RV we rented was AMAZING and felt like a hotel on wheels. Kids had such a great time, many good memories were made. The kids of our friends who also went camping with us in their own RV's, ended up spending much of their time in our RV, lots of giggles and laughter! Huge thank you to Jeff Richford who was kind and accommodating, made the experience very easy and smooth!

For my 10yr anniversary we decided to rent an RV and explore the Oregon coast. The price was very affordable and we plan on renting again next year. Thank you for a great trip and the memories it helped make.

Jeff is an awesome host. The unit was delivered on time and with everything in working order. We had to purchase a water house during the rental but where reimbursed with no issues. He really went above and beyond to help me with details on transportation back to Vancouver. If you have a chance to rent from Epic, do it.
